An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Rolleston on a 2:1 roster, DIDO Bowen Basin or regional QLD. Position: Coordinating all aspects of stewarding operations back and front of house at site Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef with regards to all aspects of food service Responsible for food safety and cleanliness of kitchens, store rooms and equipment Lead and motivate a small team of Dining Utilities Our Benefits: Cost of QLD Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Training covered Competitive Salary - Full Time Permanent Food, Accommodation and Uniform included (Steel Cap Boots included) Permanent room allocation available Minimum Criteria: Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment Have a proactive and solutions-focused approach to ensure operations run smoothly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with team and customers Ability to pass a full medical and clearance check Safe Food Handling Certificate RSA Certificate Must reside in Bowen Basin or regional QLD.
