Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of our community while preserving and sharing our rich culture, language, and traditions.Qualifications & experiencePostgraduate qualifications in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and general ledger processes.Experience in executive leadership within a cross-cultural environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.Preference for candidates with an MBA in Finance and CA/CPA qualifications.Tasks & responsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with the corporations goals.Design financial models for profitable products and services.Prepare and present timely financial reports to the Board of Directors.Collaborate with Senior Management to enhance financial management practices.Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsMake a meaningful impact within the Darumbal community.Work in a supportive and culturally rich environment.Competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.
