Staff Training: Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff, promoting growth and skill development. Health and Safety: Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. Candidate Requirements: Education: Minimum of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year in a chef role. Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Customer Service: Committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Financial Skills: Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
