Senior Trade Overseer Facilities Maintenance - PlumberCooma Correctional CentreSalary: $105,046.00 pa plus Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading.Position Type: Ongoing Permanent Full TimeLocation: Cooma Correctional CentreAbout the roleWe are looking for a proactive and dedicated Senior Trade Overseer to lead and manage our Facilities Maintenance unit at Cooma Correctional CentreAs the Senior Trade Overseer, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Supervise, coach, train, instruct and work with inmates to develop their work skills Manage activities of the team and ensure commercial objectives are achieved Be a positive role model and demonstrate personal values which support CSI and social values Provide detailed case management reporting through the Work Readiness Program Ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively Provide and maintain a safe working environment for staff, inmates and other stakeholders on site. Certification in TMV and Backflow desirable but not essential.
