We pay our respect and honour the knowledge embedded within the land beneath our feet as well as upholding the CRGH CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.As an Early Childhood Educatior, you will:-uphold the paramountcy principle that puts childrens rights and best interests at the centre of your practice-be committed to providing consistent, high-quality care and education through play-based learning environments that are meaningful, positive, supportive and enriching for every child.-be guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards to apply your knowledge and understanding of child development to assist, contribute and implement curriculum planning, evaluation and documentation.-Recognise children as competent and capable learners who have rights For more information please view the Position Description Ideal CandidateAll candidates must have full working rights within Australia.A Diploma or Certificate III qualification which meets the criteria defined in Childrens Services Education and Care Regulation 2011, current First Aid certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate, mandatory child protection training.Applied knowledge of early education and care with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework.Demonstrate knowledge and skills in planning, implementing and evaluating a developmentally appropriate program for individual children aged 0-6 years.Ability to participate and contribute to team collaborative situations.Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.Ability to initiate, facilitate and maintain appropriate interactions between, children, families, staff, professional peers and the community.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary child-safe practices, safety requirements and child protection for children in early years settings.
