Senior Estimator Commercial HVAC & Mechanical Services

LCS Air Wollongong & Sydney LCS Air is growing fast, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our commercial team. This role will play a key part in pricing, winning and delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical projects across NSW and the ACT. About the Role As our Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the full estimating process for commercial HVAC and mechanical tenders. Youll be working closely with our Directors, Project Managers and subcontractors to prepare detailed pricing, scope reviews and tender submissions. This role suits someone who is confident with complex mechanical packages and can manage multiple tenders at once without compromising on accuracy or quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare complete, competitive and compliant commercial HVAC and mechanical estimates up to 20mil Review drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documentation Coordinate and review subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify risks, clarifications and value engineering opportunities Build detailed BOQs, take-offs and scope breakdowns Work closely with PMs and site teams to align pricing with delivery capability Assist with tender presentations, submissions and contract negotiations Maintain estimating databases and cost libraries Work with leadership to improve processes and win rates What Were Looking For Minimum 8 years experience estimating commercial HVAC or mechanical packages Strong technical knowledge of mechanical services Confident producing accurate take offs and BOQs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and a proactive work style Experience with SimPRO, Excel and industry estimating tools is highly beneficial Why Join LCS Air Strong pipeline of commercial projects across Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra Supportive leadership team that backs its people Competitive salary package Real career progression across estimating, PM or commercial leadership A company that values teamwork, accountability and long term partnerships How to Apply If this sounds like the right next step for you, send your CV and a short intro to our team.
