Your role will include:Serving as a point of contact: Handling administration service inquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide timely and effective information and referral services.Demonstrating high performance: Adhering to NSW Trustee and Guardian''s Customer Excellence Principles, values, and behaviours.Performing various administrative support tasks: Including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting documents, maintaining electronic and physical records, and supporting meetings and events.Undertaking routine administrative tasks: Performing activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices, and standards.Supporting projects and research: Assisting the Property Services and Property Rectification project team with their initiatives.Demonstrate strong communication skills: You are capable of collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.Demonstrate excellent time management: You manage competing administrative priorities efficiently and can manage your time well.Are a team player: You thrive in a collaborative setting and you are eager to contribute to the success of the team.Technologically- savvy You possess solid experience with the MS Office suite and quickly adapt to new technologies.Show drive and motivation You demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving work goals, adapt existing skills to new situations, and stay motivated even when tasks become difficult.
