This is a fixed-term opportunity for 68 months on a major infrastructure project. About the RoleYoull manage the on-site installation of Nose In Guidance Systems (NIGS) large, purpose-built poles fitted with advanced lighting, signage, electronics, and guidance systems that direct aircraft into position. The poles are manufactured, but require complex integration of components, including: High-output lighting units Signage and directional displays Electrical wiring and control systems The role involves coordinating multiple contractors, supervising daily site activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations for NIGS installation Manage subcontractors and suppliers on site Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with specifications Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve site challenges Drive project outcomes within tight deadlines About You Proven background as a Site Manager or Project Manager in large-scale construction projects Strong contractor management and problem-solving skills Ability to lead site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and program adherence Effective communication with multiple stakeholders in complex environments Why Join?
