Phone Sales Officer

Were looking for a Phone Sales Officer to join our team at our Geelong Branch. JAS Oceania is a National Wholesaler of Automotive Rotating Electrical, AirConditioning, Accessories and Lighting products, servicing the Auto Electrical sector. This is a customerfocused role where youll be the first point of contact for phonebased sales enquiries, supporting customers and account managers with parts advice, order processing, and exceptional service. Job Description As a Phone Sales Officer, youll play a key role in supporting branch sales through phonebased customer service and order processing. Youll work closely with the wider branch team, assisting customers with parts enquiries while also supporting general store person duties as required. This role suits someone with a background in parts, automotive, mechanical or electrical products or someone keen to build experience in the industry.
