This role forms part of the Womenswear leadership team across Apparel and Accessories, and is instrument in enabling the Cotton On Womenswears vision. In the role you will be part of setting product and brand strategy thats right for our customer, then building this within your categories to deliver growth across all channels. You will champion leadership, inspire creativity, provide unwavering support, and foster the professional development of your team members throughout the entire People Lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth and succession. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Extensive experience and proven success in a similar Head of Buying role; developing and leading global product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills Demonstrate a growth mindset and proven collaborative style of Leadership.
