About The Facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelongs CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About The Role The Workplace Relations Partner is responsible for the effective delivery of contemporary HR services to the organisation, consistent with best practice and compliant with relevant policies and processes, including providing leadership, coaching and mentoring in line with Barwon Healths values and strategic priorities. This position will perform a key role in the operational management of WR matters across the organisation and support the People & Culture Division strategy and initiatives. This role will also focus on providing high-quality, responsive and professional customer-focused day-to-day People & Culture services. The Workplace Relations Partner will provide a handson, solution-focused approach to resolving complex workplace relations matters while taking an advanced role in identifying emerging IR/ER risks and actively intervening to promote positive IR/ER outcomes for the organisation.
