Overview General Manager Commercial/Residential Airconditioning Our client is Geelongs leading provider of HVAC solutions across residential and commercial sectors. Entering a new chapter of growth, we are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, drive business development, and shape the future of this company. With the bulk of its clients currently in the residential sector, they are looking to take a quantum leap in the supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC in the commercial sector with a pipeline of over 70 prospects, ready to activate their services. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build strong relationships with builders, developers, and clients Lead and manage HVAC operations across residential and commercial projects including day-to-day operations, installations, service delivery and maintenance Ensure all jobs/projects are quoted with accuracy and confidence Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards What Were Looking For A solid operator, ready for your next opportunity. You may come from installation, estimating or project management of Airconditioning and/or commercial HVAC projects.
