About The Role As our Nursery Room Leader , you''ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for our youngest children, while supporting and guiding your team. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading the planning and delivery of a high-quality nursery program Creating a calm, secure, and engaging environment for infants Supporting consistent routines, sleep, feeding, and transitions Mentoring and guiding educators within the nursery room Building strong, trusting relationships with families Maintaining high standards of safety, documentation, and reflective practice Working closely with campus leadership to support continuous improvement What We''re Looking For Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education Experience as a Room Leader or a strong educator ready to step up Sound understanding of infant development and attachment-based care Confident communication and strong organisational skills A calm, nurturing, and supportive leader who enjoys mentoring others Why Join Only About Children We value and invest in our educators.
