This is a key clinical leadership role supporting the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care within a fast-paced Urgent Care environment.As the ANUM, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across early and late shifts on a rotating roster. You will role model best practice nursing care, support staff development, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
