As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive sales processes across iconic venues. You will guide and develop a large team and work alongside operational teams within the venue to ensure seamless service for all events. You will utilise your sales experience to educate and improve those working around you, creating meaningful connections and elevating the guest experience in the process. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role you will have : Executive level experience within an events, hospitality or closely aligned business A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Develop and implement processes and standards to ensure overall events run effectively and seamlessly Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard Build a strong rapport with all guests, clients, and your teams Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously Proven leadership and team management skills Strong financial awareness especially in regard to budgets and KPIs Above all, a genuine passion for events and hospitality Offer This fantastic role offers a highly attractive remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super and a range of company benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
