In this role, youll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. Youll be actively involved in daytoday operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team thats ready to deliver great results and embrace whats ahead. What youll be doing: Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement. Take a handson role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets. Help create a safe, inclusive, and highperforming store environment where team members feel supported and empowered. Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, resultsdriven culture. What you bring: Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. A proactive, handson approach to store operations and team support. Strong communication, problemsolving, and organisational skills.
