Finance Team Leader - Revenue

Key Responsibilities Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Oversee timely completion of month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet analysis to support financial reporting. Forecasting & Budgeting Support development and monitoring of revenue forecasts and budgets and provide insights to inform strategic financial planning. Audit Liaison Coordinate with external and internal auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Revenue Accounting Oversight Manage sub-ledger revenue accounting, including accounts receivable, credit management and claims management and collaborate with inbusiness commercial teams to align financial strategies. Financial Analysis & Reporting Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decisionmaking and present financial information clearly to business leaders for performance evaluation. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop the revenue accounting team, foster skill enhancement and implement system and process improvements to drive efficiency and quality. Qualifications Experience in an accounting role within a large corporate environment or newly qualified from a Big 4. A degree in accounting or finance. CA or CPA qualified. Advanced stakeholder management and experience in a role with at least one direct report. Advanced Excel and ability to problemsolve and analyse complex data.
