Airtree is posting on behalf of one of our portfolio companies, Inquisitive.Inquisitive is seeking a Marketing Cloud specialist with a background as a Salesforce Developer for a 1-year parental cover contract. In this role, you will partner with marketing and operations teams in AU and US to enhance our global customer acquisition, marketing, and support functions. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop technical solutions, maintain integration points, and collaborate with the data team to report on key business metrics. The role requires coming into our Mosman office twice a week.About InquisitiveWere Inquisitive the Australian education team with a mission to simplify access to quality learning, so teachers enjoy teaching and students learn with purpose and depth. With our recent US launch, we see a huge opportunity for growth and global impact.What will you be doing?Campaign Orchestration and Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to manage campaigns via Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys using Journey Builder.Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and deliver insights to inform decisions.Email Performance: Maintain email performance, including managing IP reputation.Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.CRM Integration Management: Work with engineering to establish technical solutions and maintain integration points with the product Node application.Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Data Science for data understanding, migration, and data ingress/egress between Salesforce, S3 data lake, and Snowflake.Configuration Management: Oversee Salesforce configurations, including process flows, rules, custom fields, layouts, apps, and reports.At least 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio and Journey Builder.At least 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience, including integrations, with Salesforce Certifications such as Admin-PD1.Ideally, a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.Experience with email performance management, including IP reputation.Hands-on experience with Lightning frameworks, LWC, Triggers, APIs, SQL.Comfortable using SQL for data manipulation.Proficiency with Salesforce development tools (Process Builder, Visual Flow, workflows, IDE).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce lifecycle management.Bonus: Experience with AWS (AppFlow, Lambda, CloudWatch).Bonus: Experience with Javascript or Node.js.Who are we looking for?If you''re passionate about innovation and creating impactful solutions, we want to hear from you!
