Full time | Fixed Term for 12 months, located in Morwell 3840About the Role:Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and staff in person and over the phone.Offer crucial administrative support to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other Teams within Quantum as required, including managing mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and assisting with various tasks.Act as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs.Provide essential case support by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.Help our Housing Supports team meet their program requirements by maintaining accurate records and assisting with assessments and applications.The Ideal Candidate will bring:A client-focused approach with the ability to provide high-quality services in line with organisational policies.Strong problem-solving skills to analyse situations, consider the broader context, and develop practical solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with others, actively listen, and contribute to a team environment.Resilience in handling challenging situations, maintaining a solution-focused mindset, and practicing self-care.Valid Victorian Drivers Licence | Working with Children Check | Police Check.Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience.
