About the Role: Responsible for providing practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management, and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions. Proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the Orange Door workforce in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework. Lead, mentor, and develop your specialist family violence team. Provide specialist family violence expertise to the process of intake and assessment of responses to childrens safety and wellbeing. Deliver effective, culturally safe, and responsive services in a multi-agency practice. Job Security 1EFT (38hrs) | Fixed Term from 14.10.2024 to 4.8.2025. Valid Victorian Drivers Licence | Working With Children Check | Police Check. Minimum of Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or substantial experience in a related field.
