This hybrid and flexible part-time opportunity will see you working three days a week within a small, close-knit team.Responsibilities:Payroll Processing & Compliance: Manage fortnightly payroll, resolve discrepancies, handle HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with ATO, employment taxes, and company policies.Benefits & Employee Data Management: Administer employee benefits programs, maintain accurate employee records, and serve as the main contact for benefit inquiries.Onboarding & Offboarding: Onboard employees in Xero, ensure accurate payroll setup, and support offboarding with final pay calculations.Specialist Advice & Process Improvement: Provide expert payroll advice, legislative updates, and develop strategies for enhancing payroll efficiency.Reconciliation, Reporting & Accounts Support: Conduct audits, generate payroll reports, process invoices, and reconcile accounts payable and employee expenses.
