Workforce Australia Employment Consultant - MorwellAKG is now a Certified Great Place to Work 2023/2024.An Employment Consultant''s Day involves:Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients.Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment.Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services.Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey and into sustainable employment.Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations, and community organisations.About You:Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Experience working in a performance-driven environment.At Jobfind, we deliver:Life-changing opportunities for individuals and committed workers for employers.
