What Youll Do Youll manage a balanced caseload of parenting, property, and divorce matters, designed to build your skills across complexity and scope, with guidance from our Practice Leaders with access to structured mentoring along the way. Support and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals and build a high performing team. Draft legal documents, settlement proposals, court documents and correspondence to OFL standards and provide strategic and empathetic advice to clients. Attend court events, mediations and negotiations. Collaborate with barristers, experts and team members to progress matters strategically and efficiently. Learn and leverage technology within OFLs Matter Management Framework to support productivity and new ways of working. Take part in firm initiatives, from fun events, knowledge-sharing, to team development, in ways that reflect your strengths and interests.
