Village Manager @ Maybrook Manor, Cromer NSW

The Role Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, operational performance and financial sustainability of the village. You Will Lead the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring high standards of service, safety and presentation Develop and deliver the Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous improvement across operations and resident satisfaction Build strong, professional relationships with residents, Resident Committees, families and local stakeholders Oversee maintenance, asset management and timely apartment turns in partnership with support teams Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve targets Ensure compliance with WHS, risk management and Retirement Living legislative requirements Lead, coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture About You You are a confident and empathetic leader who balances resident needs with commercial outcomes. You Will Bring Experience in retirement living, property or asset management, facilities, hospitality or a related service industry Proven team leadership experience, including performance management and team development Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complaints professionally Knowledge of relevant legislation (Retirement Villages Act or similar regulatory frameworks desirable) Strong communication skills and confidence using systems and reporting tools Why Levande?
