We''re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead a world class marketing function that drives predictable demand, accelerates our brand and empowers our partner ecosystem across Australia, NZ & UK markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape the global marketing strategy of a fast moving, high growth SaaS business at a pivotal growth stage. The Opportunity Demand Generation Build a scalable, data-driven demand engine that drives new partner acquisition, customer growth, and measurable pipeline impact. Channel Partner Development & Engagement Enable and energise our partner ecosystem with compelling programs, campaigns, and gotomarket execution that help partners win. Brand Acceleration Position Access4 as a trusted, differentiated leader in cloud communications through a clear, confident, and globally consistent brand. Youll work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, Sales, Channel, and Product leaders to align marketing directly to revenue outcomes. What Youll Be Responsible For Defining and executing Access4s global marketing strategy Driving predictable, measurable pipeline through modern demand generation Building partner ready marketing programs that scale globally Elevating brand awareness, credibility, and thought leadership Leading and mentoring a high performing marketing team Establishing clear KPIs, attribution, and ROI visibility About You Minimum 35 years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience is required, ideally in UCaaS, cloud, or adjacent tech Proven success in demand generation and revenue aligned marketing Minimum 35 years of partnerled or channel marketing experience is required Commercially minded, data driven, and execution focused Marketing automation & CRM depth with Hubspot / Salesforce or equivalent Comfortable operating at both strategic and handson levels Experienced working across multiple regions and growth stages Why Access4?
