We provide comprehensive product solutions and deliver leading service levels, leveraging digital capabilities and deep industry experience.What we''re looking forReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud adoption, optimisation, automations and reporting. You will build and execute crosschannel campaigns across Salesforce and work collaboratively with the broader Marketing, Distribution and Digital teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications across the customer lifecycle stages to acquire, retain and win back customers. This role is also central to enabling scalable, datadriven marketing for our new investing arm, supporting B2B engagement with financial advisers and our transition into B2C marketing to retail investors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of ORDE''s marketing automation strategy, supporting both lending and investment product lines across the customer lifecycle.Manage and optimise existing B2B automation programs for lending, including nurture journeys, triggered communications, and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.Design new email templates and build multichannel B2B customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring personalised, timely, and relevant communications across email, SMS, and other digital channels.Establish foundational email and SMS journeys for the launch of a new retail investment product, tailored to both financial advisers and retail investors.Develop onboarding, education, and engagement journeys that guide financial advisers and retail investors through product features, benefits, and next steps.Implement audience segmentation and lead scoring models, leveraging CRM and behavioural data to prioritise highintent leads and personalise communications.Coordinate and execute adhoc eDMs and SMS campaigns in collaboration with the Communications Manager, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and timely delivery.Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing, Sales/Distribution, Digital, Product, and Operations teams to align automation efforts with broader campaign and business objectives.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using robust tracking and reporting frameworks to assess KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics.
