As the business continues to expand globally, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand campaigns across key markets. The Role This is a hands-on role suited to a digital marketing professional who has a passion for male/female skincare with 34 years experience and is highly organised, execution-focused, and confident working across content, social, and digital channels. Reporting to the CEO and Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity, supporting brand growth while maintaining consistency, quality, and clinical credibility across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Support digital marketing campaigns across paid social, organic social, EDM, and PR Support product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal campaigns Ensure brand consistency and adherence to clinical positioning across all digital platforms Manage briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule Content & Social Media Support content planning, scheduling, and execution across social media platforms Coordinate and assist with content shoots, briefs, and asset management Film and edit content for organic and paid social, with a strong focus on Meta platforms Assist with copywriting for EDMs, social captions, website updates, and digital marketing collateral Influencer & Community Support Support influencer seeding and partnership activity in line with brand guidelines Manage gifting lists, outreach coordination, and campaign tracking Assist with reporting and analysis of influencer performance Digital & E-commerce Support Support website updates, promotions, and product uploads Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM coordination Track digital campaign performance and prepare reports and insights Marketing Operations Coordinate approvals, timelines, and workflows across internal teams and external partners Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and digital asset libraries Provide ad hoc support to the marketing team and CEO as required About You 34 years experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house) Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, or a regulated/clinical brand is highly regarded Strong content creation and video editing skills Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly social and EDM Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Key Platforms & Tools Experience across some of the following platforms and tools will be highly regarded: Meta Business Suite Shopify Klaviyo or similar EDM/CRM platforms Google Analytics (GA4) Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite TikTok and TikTok Ads (desirable) Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, Notion) Why Join Liberty Belle Rx Opportunity to work with a globally growing, doctor-founded clinical skincare brand Close collaboration with senior leadership and founders Broad exposure across digital marketing, content, and e-commerce Supportive and professional team environment Product allowances and staff benefits, including complimentary skincare Please email your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience, key achievements, and interest in clinical skincare to [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
