They are looking for a Head Of Digital Marketing to join their team to take lead of the product marketing charge, owning and optimising a strategic marketing plan. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovating with MarTech and being in the data, numbers, driving measurable outcomes - turning marketing investment into pipeline and product adoption. THE ROLE This is a pivotal opportunity for a commercially minded brand leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and collaboration to align marketing activities with revenue targets. Lead growth and product marketing across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and product launches. Drive adoption through integrated campaigns using HubSpot. Partner with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing activities with revenue targets. Build and refine marketing automation, reporting, and attribution frameworks. Monitor and report on ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost : Customer Lifetime Value (CAC : LTV), and campaign performance, iterating for improvement. Leads the team including consultants and agencies, in relation to product marketing by setting clear targets, managing performance, conducting reviews, and providing mentorship. Actively contributes to the organisation''s strategic planning process. ABOUT YOU Proven Experience in B2B / B2C SaaS growth marketing, ideally in scale-up or PE-backed environments Advanced HubSpot expertise (workflows, automation, reporting) Strong data and analytics skills, including attribution and funnel analysis Product marketing experience (positioning, launches, messaging) Growing pipeline and improving conversion rates WHY YOU''LL LOVE WORKING HERE This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting growth journey and play a pivotal role in building something exceptional from the ground up.
