What Youll Be Doing Lead development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies for P!ckers Appetisers. Drive consumerfocused innovation and product development based on market insights. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.). Own and optimise the portfolios commercial performance, including P&L accountability. Analyse market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities. Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Support sales teams with forecasting and identifying growth gaps. Track and report brand performance, adjusting strategies to hit business targets. What Youll Need To Be Successful Degree in Marketing or related field; minimum 7 years brand management experience (preferably food/beverage). Proven strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical skills. Experience driving innovation and managing complex NPD projects. Effective leadership and ability to unite and inspire crossfunctional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders. Creative flair for developing impactful brand initiatives. Demonstrated growth mindset and autonomous working style. Capacity for quick rapportbuilding and coaching teams to shared goals.
