About The Team APAC Product Marketing Lead The international product marketing team increases product awareness and adoption across key regions. The team gathers customer insights, informs product strategy, spearheads gotomarket strategy and product launches, and collaborates with customerfacing and product teams to drive adoption. About The Role Were seeking a senior product marketing leader to drive Stripes product growth and adoption across APAC. This pivotal leadership role leads a regional PMM team, shapes strategy, and drives highimpact execution across markets. What youll do Define APAC product marketing priorities aligned with product and GTM strategies. Identify and pursue growth opportunities across Stripes portfolio, especially priority markets and highpotential segments. Translate business priorities into actionable regional plans across strategy, messaging & launch, and enablement & growth. Lead generation of regional market insights: customer needs, vertical trends, competitive moves, product performance. Influence product strategy by advocating for APAC customer needs and surfacing regional opportunities to global PMM and product leaders. Drive regional launch strategy and execution for major products, features, and GTM initiatives. Develop localized messaging frameworks and narratives resonating deeply with buyers across segments and geographies. Partner with demand generation, comms and brand to align messaging and storytelling across touchpoints. Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure teams are equipped to position and sell Stripe products effectively. Deliver enablement programs that accelerate regional product adoption, improve win rates, and deepen customer engagement. Lead a highperforming team of product marketers across APAC priority markets. Develop career paths and provide coaching for growth. Define success metrics and own reporting on product marketing impactcovering adoption, awareness, sales performance, and market share. Cascade insights and strategy updates to global and regional stakeholders, including senior leadership. Continuously raise the bar through retrospectives, experimentation, and crossfunctional feedback. Who you are Strategic leader: Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans. People developer: Build and mentor highperforming teams. Market expert: Deep understanding of international markets and regional nuances. Results driven: Track record of driving measurable business impact. Crossfunctional partner: Work across organizations and manage multiple stakeholders. Communications expert: Excellence in messaging development and storytelling. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including 3+ years managing teams. Deep knowledge of B2B GTM motions across both salesled and selfserve channels. Strong record of leading crossfunctional initiatives that drove measurable product growth. Proven ability to influence product direction with market data and customer insight. Experience leading in matrixed orgs and working with senior stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing. Strong communicator with high judgment and a bias for clarity and action. Regional expertise across APAC regions, with sensitivity to cultural, regulatory, and market nuances. Preferred Experience marketing financial infrastructure, developer platforms, or fintech products. Familiarity with Stripes customer segmentsranging from startups and SMBs to global enterprises. Inoffice expectations Expected to spend at least 50% of the time in the local office. Variation may depend on role, team and location. Pay and benefits Annual salary range S$312,000 S$468,000.
