About the role: As Head of Marketing for Nude by Nature & ESMI Skin Minerals, MakeUp Cartel, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across Australia and NewZealand to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. This senior leadership role oversees brand campaigns, creative direction, influencer and social initiatives, and agency partnerships, while managing a highperforming team. Youll own the marketing budget, deliver ROIdriven campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales, ecommerce, and product teams to ensure seamless gotomarket execution. Develop and implement ANZ marketing strategy to achieve net sales and EBITDA targets, including brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations. Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with retail and commercial goals, and drive talent development and retention. Oversee brand strategy and creative execution across ATL, digital, and owned channels to build brand equity and awareness. Manage marketing budget and P&L, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and optimisation of marketing spend. Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, ecommerce, product development, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. Skills & Experience: 10+ years experience in marketing roles within FMCG, with proven success in brand strategy and campaign execution. Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience in building and developing highperforming teams. Expertise in strategic planning and creative direction, with ability to manage complex projects and agency relationships. Financial acumen for managing budgets, analysing ROI, and driving profitability. Proficiency in ERP systems, marketing tools, and datadriven decisionmaking, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
