Job details Job title: Release Manager (APAC) Location: Melbourne Part time available? Yes Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + Superannuation Team: Engineering Responsibilities Collaborate with clients on releases for the Kaluza platform to support their business. Oversee release trains, ensuring that all software released to Kaluzas clients meets required quality gates and that changes can be traced through the pre-production environment stack. Implement and improve processes and tools to streamline release processes across production and non-production environments. Contribute to overall improvement in quality and the reduction of incidents in production. Qualifications Experience in planning releases with technology teams and clients Experience managing change release, following ITIL and Agile principles Experience coordinating with multiple delivery and client support teams to ensure releases have met quality gates and are suitable for production Experience managing and communicating deployments and releases of code from different teams to production and pre-production environments Dependency and risk management Monitoring and managing the availability and performance of pre-production environments Ensuring releases are compliant with client expectations and planning Providing training and support to teams in implementing new processes Focused on continuous improvement of processes and tools What will set you apart A strong communicator, in verbal and written English Negotiating and influencing skills The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal Kaluza Values Here at Kaluza we have five core values that guide us as a business: Were on a mission, We build together, Were inclusive, We get it done, We communicate with purpose.
