Performance Marketing Manager

OverviewThe OpportunityOnline Education Services (OES) is seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, either client-side or agency-side.Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for deploying, managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display. Your work will directly contribute to student acquisition outcomes for our university partners, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values innovation, curiosity and impact.ResponsibilitiesImplement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stagesAnalyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights across CPL, CPA, ROI and creative effectivenessCollaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practiceSupport creative development with data-led recommendations and storytellingEnhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrolmentChampion a test-and-learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvementAbout You46+ years experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video and displayStrong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management and ROI analysisProven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomesExperience in A/B testing, web campaign deployment and creative planningAnalytical, curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideasAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyBachelors degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Masters degree desirable)About OESOES is a vibrant, values-led organisation passionate about enhancing lives through education.
