Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.About the roleReporting to the Head of Construction, the Design Manager leads Lifeblood''s national design and preconstruction activities across the national donor centre network and respective lab spaces for capital works programs, ensuring design outputs are compliant, fit for purpose and aligned with internal Design guidelines, TGA and cGMP requirements.You will lead the internal design team (2), manage external consultants, respective vendors, and maintain consistent design standards across Lifeblood''s property portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders across Manufacturing, Donor Experience, Quality, ICT, HSW and Construction to deliver highquality built outcomes.This is a handson leadership role suited to an experienced design professional who thrives in complex operational environments and can balance strategic oversight with technical delivery.Sound interesting?
