With growth comes opportunity and theyre now looking for an experienced Applied Behavioural Consultant to join this entrepreneurial crew of strategists and tech engineers. What youll be doing Lead strategic conversations with clients to uncover needs and opportunities Break down complex problems and design the right approach using technology, research, and behavioural frameworks Identify behavioural insights - the drivers behind customer decisions Pinpoint the most impactful behavioural priorities Design campaign and marketing assets that drive measurable behavioural change Who you are Youre someone who loves psychological theory, commercial challenges, and science-led solutions. You enjoy digging into problems, customer data, storytelling, and seeing outcomes through to implementation. Ideal experience Strong client-facing skills and a natural ability to build relationships A grounding in behavioural or organisational psychology with clear commercial application Experience designing and running end-to-end qual/quant research studies Confidence interpreting data using a range of statistical techniques Skilled at running interviews, workshops or fieldwork that elicit meaningful behavioural insights A curious mindset when it comes to technology and AI Curious?
