Group Paid Media Director (Lead Gen) MEL Jaywing is a talented bunch of creatives and developers, designers, content makers, strategists, and technologists. Day to day youll: Lead the strategic direction of Jaywings paid media offering for lead generation clients, ensuring excellence across paid search, paid social, and broader acquisition strategy. Inspire, mentor, and empower a highperforming media team leading with conviction, curiosity, and collaboration while staying close to the work. Oversee the creation of audits, media plans, and growth strategies that connect media, creative, and customer experience to deliver tangible business outcomes. Set and uphold best practice standards across campaign design, optimisation, measurement, and reporting. Partner with SEO, Social, Creative, CRO, and Data teams to deliver integrated acquisition strategies. Champion innovation and continuous improvement, evolving Jaywings lead generation capabilities, processes, and use of technology. Play a key role in new business growth through strategy development, forecasting, and presenting proposals that demonstrate innovation and commercial acumen. Were looking for someone who: Has 8+ years experience in senior paid media roles, with a strong track record in lead generation strategy and delivery. Brings deep expertise across Paid Search and Paid Social (Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms). Understands the full lead generation ecosystem from offline conversion tracking and CRM integration to landing page performance and email marketing. Demonstrates success leading and developing high-performing teams, balancing strategic excellence with delivery quality. Is highly skilled in forecasting, performance modelling, and investment planning for acquisition-driven clients. Has an advanced understanding of analytics, attribution, and measurement frameworks, including GA4 and platform reporting tools.
