Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Fitzroy, Melbourne. This 360 role is responsible for overseeing all brand marketing activities across social media, EDM, CRM, eCommerce and Paid Media. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing professional who understands premium fashion branding and is commercially and creatively minded. Marketing & Campaign Management Own and manage the omni-channel marketing calendar across EDM, CRM, Yotpo loyalty and social mediaCommunicate marketing activity internally and present updates.Manage entire social media calendar, content creation, analytics. Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversionMaintain and elevate Eva''s Sunday''s brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all touch-pointseCommerceOwn and manage the Eva''s Sunday Shopify website, ensuring strong conversion, performance, and user experienceManage product uploads, collections, merchandising, content accuracy, site functionality, write product descriptions Collaborate, brief and project manage external SEO consultants, and implement SEO improvements Ensure timely and accurate product launches online, aligning with creative and marketing campaign rollouts.Manage digital brand execution across website, email, and loyalty programs, ensuring consistency with Eva''s Sunday brand guidelines.Paid Media Lead the paid digital strategy across Meta and Google AdsEstablish and report on KPIs, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns for ROIProduce campaign assetsOwn Meta campaign setup, budgets, targeting, optimisation and creative production Ensure paid media supports key launches, sales and product priorities. CreativeDesign, develop and print all collateral (look books, posters, etc.) Liaise with printers and manage print production. Capture in-store, staff, BTS campaign and e-commerce content. Ensure content is optimised for web, social, paid media. Qualifications4+ years'' experience in a similar marketing roleExperience in fashion and/or lifestyle brands highly regardedHighly creative with strong hands-on skills across Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, SEO and similar platforms. Commercially minded, analytical, and results drivenConfident in managing multiple projects, channels and consultants.Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes end-to-endCollaborative, open to feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced team environmentDegree or qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications or similar).Please provide a portfolio with your application.Salary: $85,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
