Social Media Marketing Manager

I''m looking to hire a part-time Social Media / Marketing Manager who can help me increase my business visibility, leads and revenue growth for the long term. MY BIZ:I run a Public Speaking & Storytelling Coaching business that helps people from Tech & Cyber Security to speak with more clarity, impact & confidence. Whilst I have a good following on LI (12,000+ followers) and get most of my biz enquiries through here, I want to improve my online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook, start running ads and build out my funnels in 2026. ROLE FOCUS: 1) Increase Visibility = Social Media (Primarily LinkedIn)2) Increase Leads = Join Mailing List (via Opt-Ins / Ads) / Enquiries / Discovery Calls 3) Increase Sales = Website (via Funnels and Ads or Social Media) EXPERIENCE:- Social Media Management (Ideally experience with LinkedIn)- Funnels / Website Development (Ideally experience with Kajabi, Sales Pages etc) - Design (Ideally experience with Canva, lead magnets etc) - Marketing (Ideally experience building a Mailing Lists)SKILLS:- Reliable - Honest - Proactive- Eager to learn- Positive- Truly cares about my bizHOURS: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week = 15 hours per weekOUT OF SCOPE: - I don''t need anyone to write social media posts for me (as I like to do that myself)- I don''t need anyone to write my fortnightly newsletter for me (as I like to do that myself)- I''m not too fussed about SEO for my website (as I prefer warm leads who know me)- I don''t need someone who is an expert in Kajabi (as I do have a Kajabi Tech SME who helps) - I don''t need anyone to handle repeatable tasks (as i have an amazing VA who can do that)If you''re a passionate social media manager that has an interest in digital marketing (e.g. website, mailing lists, ads) and an eye for design, that is looking for a stable, long term role where you can truly make a difference to a business, then I''d love you to apply Thanks,Emily
