You will act as the organisation''s senior expert across SEM, Paid Search, Paid Social, and foundational SEO, guiding clients on how to maximise performance through bestinclass search practices.Core responsibilities:Own the daytoday quality of search strategy and execution across client performance campaigns, ensuring SEM and Paid Search activity consistently meets bestpractice standards and drives measurable outcomes. Build deep search capability within the team by mentoring, coaching, and providing ongoing feedback that strengthens technical expertise and strategic thinking. Act as the handson search lead for the account, serving as the primary point of contact for all searchrelated performance activity - from WIPs and reporting to shaping integrated digital strategy. Lead Performance Strategy with an expert understanding of the full search ecosystem, leveraging your advanced knowledge of SEM, Paid Search, and supporting SEO to guide channel mix, optimisation, and growth opportunities. Support Client Partner in tracking financial performance of campaigns including revenue trackingA bit about you:Strong expertise in searchfocused performance tools and analytics platforms, including SA360, GA360, and complementary biddable platforms that support advanced SEM optimisation. Exceptional client-servicing capability, with the confidence and presence to lead complexd Search conversations and manage senior stakeholders. Proven experience leading largescale, searchdriven digital campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes and demonstrate the impact of SEM and Paid Search within integrated ecosystems. Deep understanding of search performance channels SEM, Paid Search, and supporting SEO and how they connect to the broader digital landscape to drive fullfunnel results. Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence, guide, and elevate both internal teams and client stakeholders through a searchfirst strategic lens. Strong grasp of the wider digital ecosystem and the critical role search plays in shaping performance strategy, channel mix, and business growth.
