Our team operates across multiple locations, including an established presence in Melbourne and a company based in central London, supporting the organisation''s global reach.About the InternshipWe are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to join our team for a summer internship. The internship would be around 15 hours per week over 3 months.While this is an unpaid position, travel expenses and lunches on in-person days will be covered. Exceptional performance during the internship might lead to a paid position within the company.As part of Tala Thrive''s marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our founder and senior leadership team, gaining hands-on experience and execution while contributing meaningfully to our growth.Key Responsibilities:Growth & Funnel Optimisation:Analyse the customer journey across the marketing funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention).Identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion rates across landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging.Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise growth initiatives.Email & Lifecycle Marketing:Assist in building and optimising email campaigns including onboarding, nurture sequences, and re-engagement flows.Analyse performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to drive continuous improvement.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyse growth metrics across marketing channels.Help build dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to the team.Use data to inform prioritisation of growth experiments.Partnerships & Growth Initiatives:Research and identify potential growth partnerships aligned with Tala Thrive''s mission.Assist with outreach, relationship management, and evaluation of partnership performance.Campaign Execution & Support:Support planning and execution of growth campaigns across digital channels.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with growth objectives.Requirements:Strong interest in growth marketing, startups, or digital experimentation.Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing, funnels, or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, email platforms).Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience working directly with senior leadership in a dynamic startup environment.Access to exclusive co-working spaces for occasional in-person collaboration days.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on mental health accessibility through culturally competent care initiatives.Introductions to key people in the startup ecosystemIf you''re passionate about growth marketing and want to be part of a purpose-driven startup revolutionising mental health care, we''d love to hear from youFind out more about us at or on Instagram @talathrive.
