This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to guide and inspire the youngest learners from Early Learning through to Year 6. As a key member of a progressive Executive team, the Head of Junior School will play a central role in shaping the educational journey of students and leading a dedicated team of educators. With a strong presence across the Junior School and ELC, the appointee will be a visible and trusted leader, building meaningful relationships with students, staff, families and the community. The position requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic and competitive educational landscape.The ideal candidate will be an accomplished educator with experience from Early Learning to Year 6, and a proven ability to lead educational innovation and meaningful change. Demonstrating outstanding communication skills and a commitment to inclusive practice, the appointee will display a clear passion for developing staff capability and student agency. Experience in building high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture, and engaging with parents and the broader community will be essential.
