In this role, you''ll work with our lines of business to identify, assess, and execute key corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, investments, and other strategic opportunities. You collaborate closely with the team and relevant internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of potential corporate transactions.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and monitoring potential corporate development opportunities for Coles Group.Assisting with the financial and strategic assessment of potential corporate development opportunities.Preparing insightful, high-quality analysis and conclusions based on financial and commercial data to support recommendations for key stakeholders.Providing support during the execution of transactions and other key projects, working alongside senior internal stakeholders and external advisors.Developing and maintaining relationships with other departments and divisions within Coles Group.About you and your skillsIf you are someone who delivers results and meets customer expectations, youll be a great fit.
