You will model, report and document ESD projects and present to clients with a focus on excellent customer service. You will work across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail and Community, and will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills over time.ResponsibilitiesModel, report and document ESD projects.Present findings to clients with a focus on excellent customer service.Work across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, and Community.Support the team to ensure work is technically correct and meets customer expectations.Develop new clients and manage existing clients in line with the business plan.Present company services to clients for business development.Job RequirementsWith your passion for sustainability in the built environment, you will have the following:A Bachelor of Engineering or Architecture is required.A Master''s degree in Energy Efficient & Sustainable Buildings or something similar is desirable.A minimum of 3 years of sustainability consultancy experience.Experience in energy-efficient and sustainable building is desirable.You must have the ability to manage and work on GreenStar projects (Greenstar Design and As Built, New Buildings, Homes, Communities, Performance etc.).GSAP accreditation is required.You have the ability to work on NABERS and WELL assessments; accreditation is required.High level knowledge, understanding and interpretation of the Australian sustainability rating and certification systems such as GreenStar, NABERS, and WELL as well as Australian Building Codes.Ability to carry out and mentor others in:Climate Adaptation Plan;LCA - Life Cycle Analysis/assessment;Embodied Carbon Assessment;Victorian town planning process;Knowledge about circular economy and regenerative design is desirable.For Mechanical Engineers: Membership of Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating preferred.Experience in client and account management.Excellent English language and communication skills - written and verbal.Work accurately and efficiently on quotes and tenders in close liaison with your manager and the BD specialist. #J-18808-Ljbffr
