You will move between design, product scoping, delivery coordination, and production support within the same day. If you''re looking to specialise in a single discipline, this role won''t be the right fit.Pace - We move very quickly. You''ll need to be excited to learn fast and ship frequently, not wait for perfect conditions.Owning the outcome, not just the output - You''re responsible for what gets built, not just the designs you hand over. If something ships with unclear UX, missed edge cases, or bugs that trace back to insufficient scoping, that''s your problem to own and fix.Support and triage are part of the job - Monitoring production, triaging issues raised by customer support, and ensuring quality post-release is core to this role, not a distraction from it.Strong culture and operating standards - We have a strong culture based on core values and standard operating procedures. You may need to unlearn a few things from previous experience.
