Your work will contribute to the delivery and ongoing refinement of the organisation''s employee relations strategy, helping to resolve workplace issues, support organisational change and strengthen consistent practices that improve efficiency and productivity.This role will see you providing informed, timely advice to leaders and employees on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters. You''ll play an active role in supporting negotiations, preparing documentation for tribunals when required, contributing to workforce data analysis and monitoring trends that inform improvements to industrial practices. You''ll also help ensure organisational change programs are managed in alignment with broader workplace relations objectives.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About youYour strong grounding in employment and industrial relations, gained through relevant professional experience or tertiary qualifications, has equipped you with the ability to interpret industrial instruments, apply HR policies and provide practical advice across a diverse range of matters. Your experience working with Enterprise Agreements, navigating workplace disputes and supporting leaders through performance, conduct and change processes allows you to approach challenges with confidence and clarity.You bring a thoughtful and collaborative approach to your work, supported by welldeveloped communication and negotiation skills that help you build trust and influence outcomes in complex situations. You are recognised for your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy under pressure and stay informed about legislative and policy developments that affect your work.
