Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Revenue & Growth to lead Q Stations commercial performance across key segments, including corporate sales, conferencing, weddings, and leisure. This strategic leadership role will manage the Sales, Marketing, PR, Reservations, and Revenue Management teams, driving growth, profitability, and brand presence in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop crossfunctional teams, contributing to a highperformance culture and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Sales Leadership: Lead corporate, conferencing, and wedding sales teams, driving revenue growth and market share through effective team coordination and clear communication. Marketing & PR Strategy: Guide marketing and PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Reservations & Distribution: Oversee Reservations to optimise conversion rates and distribution strategies. Revenue Management: Partner with the Revenue Management agency to optimise pricing, forecasting, and yield strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Q Stations business objectives. Drive total revenue performance across all segments rooms, MICE, weddings, leisure, and ancillary services. Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and business mix to inform strategic decisions. Work collaboratively with the GM and Accor network to align with brand, pricing, and distribution strategies. Partner with the Revenue Management agency to optimise pricing, inventory, and channel mix. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting across all revenue streams. Monitor key performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, conversion, and ROI). Lead and coach the Sales team (corporate, conference, and wedding) to achieve segment targets. Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and tourism bodies. Identify new business opportunities and conversion strategies across all markets. Lead marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence. Oversee digital marketing performance including website, CRM, social media, and paid campaigns. Manage the PR agency relationship to drive positive media coverage and brand storytelling. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints to strengthen awareness and conversion. Oversee the Reservations team to ensure excellent customer experience and conversion performance. Review OTA and direct channel strategies to drive direct bookings and improve profitability. Implement systems and processes to support efficient, datadriven decisionmaking. Lead highperforming teams with clear KPIs and accountability. Drive collaboration between departments to ensure operational delivery aligns with commercial goals. Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and secure new business collaborations. Drive mutually beneficial agreements to support longterm growth and sustainability. Qualifications Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies to optimise pricing, distribution, and marketing. At least 10 years experience in hotel or tourism commercial leadership (sales, marketing, or revenue). Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and a passion for creative, growthfocused approaches. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with proven experience leading diverse teams and managing agency partnerships to deliver exceptional commercial results. Expertise in revenue management, including pricing, inventory, forecasting, and performance reporting. Proven ability to build and grow partnerships with clients, tourism bodies, and external agencies. Digital marketing and PR expertise, with experience managing brand storytelling and enhancing media coverage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organisation.
