Were currently on the lookout for an experienced internal installer to join our growing team someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and is comfortable working across blinds, curtains, and shutters. If youre a curtain specialist or shutter expert, were happy to tailor the role to your strengths. What Youll Be Doing: Installing premium internal window furnishings: blinds, curtains, and shutters Checking measurements on site and assisting our sales and estimating team as needed Liaising directly with clients and ensuring a clean, professional finish every time Working across residential and light commercial sites in Sydney What Youll Need: Proven experience installing internal window furnishings Your own basic tools (drill driver, hammer drill, vacuum, etc.) A clean, presentable appearance we work in premium homes A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain at your own cost) Ability to pass a police check Strong communication and time management skills A valid drivers licence What We Provide: Company vehicle for daily use (to be returned to our Ingleburn warehouse at the end of each day) Branded workwear and uniforms Fuel card, ladders, and installation supplies Supportive team and structured job scheduling via ServiceM8 Your Work Schedule: Flexible choice between: 4 x 10-hour days (enjoy a regular 3-day weekend), or 5 x 8-hour days During peak season (OctDec), a holiday blackout period applies and there is an expectation to work every second Saturday
