They are now looking for an Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. This involves building strong, trusted relationships with clients, identifying new commercial opportunities to expand existing accounts, and ensuring the flawless delivery of integrated marketing solutions across various services like creative, digital, print, and production. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and drive organic growth. The Role As an Account Director, youll manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring flawless delivery of projects while building trust and value with clients. Youll work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and clients across multiple service areas. Youll be responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts, proactively seeking opportunities to expand relationships and deliver integrated marketing solutions that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across marketing, creative, digital, print, and production services Develop strong, trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across each customers business Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts to deliver organic growth Liaise effectively with internal creative, digital, media, production, and strategy teams to ensure customer needs are met Use insight and problem-solving to tailor innovative solutions to client challenges This Role Is for You If Youre commercially savvy able to spot and convert growth opportunities Youre a confident presenter and communicator, both internally and externally Youre proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments You thrive in collaborative team cultures You have experience onboarding and nurturing new clients (highly regarded) About You You have a minimum of 57 years experience in an Account Director or similar role within a marketing or communications agency Youve successfully managed multiple high-value clients across a range of disciplines (digital, creative, print, production, strategy) Youre a natural relationship builder who can earn trust and deliver value You bring strong project and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail Established Agency: Full-service, in-house model with strong delivery reputation Strategic Focus: You grow the accounts to their top potential High-Calibre Clients: Work with some of the most recognisable consumer brands in Australia Interested?
