Merchandise Planning Manager

Overview dSb is partnering with a high regarded retailer based in Sydney to recruit an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning team and own the end-to-end inventory management process. Responsibilities Prepare, review and implement the budget and open-to-buy plans Ensure your team create compelling assortment plans that execute the merchandise strategy Drive seasonal re-forecasts across the product groups Take ownership for the Open-To-Buy process Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced Planners Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews and development plans Qualifications Extensive retail planning experience at manager level from another high volume and fast paced retailer Proven experience of achieving sales and margin targets Proven leadership skills of coaching and developing a team of planners Advanced Excel skills Strong experience of best-in-class merchandise planning applications Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Working arrangement This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day work from home.
