With over 250 stores and 1,687 Robo Shops across 23 countries, were currently looking for an experienced, people-first Store Manager to lead the team at our soon to open World Square Sydney store . Responsibilities Lead and manage a retail team of approx. 20 team members Create a fun, energetic and customer-focused culture that embodies our brand Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs Oversee day-to-day operations, including team rostering, stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation Recruit, train, coach and develop team members (with the support of HR and Area Manager) to grow their skills and build a high-performing team Ensure smooth execution of all store processes, promotional activities and seasonal launches Collaborate with key departments to align on goals, staffing and store priorities Uphold all policies including health & safety, compliance and loss prevention Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager preferred Proven success managing large teams in high-traffic, high-volume environments A natural leader with strong people management, coaching and communication skills Goal-oriented and confident in driving sales and operational excellence Experience with scheduling, reporting, performance management and recruitment Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure A genuine love for pop culture, collectibles and creating memorable customer experiences Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
